About Me

I'm a Software Engineer and Developer Advocate from Nigeria. I started out as a frontend developer and gradually found myself writing about what I built, which turned into a whole second career. These days I do both, and a growing part of that work is AI engineering. Writing scripts, automating workflows, setting up CI/CD, building internal tools. The combination of being able to build and explain is what makes the work interesting.

At Kinsta and Sevalla, I work across the full developer experience. I write guides and build demos, but I also work closely with engineering and support to document APIs, ship open-source projects, and build tooling that keeps things running smoothly. I also work with the team to develop marketing pages like competitor pages, case studies, and blog content for Sevalla. On the side I'm co-building Spidra.io and NGN Market.

Writing has taken me further than I expected. I've published hundreds of guides across freeCodeCamp, Hygraph, Kinsta, CSS-Tricks, and more. In 2023 I became the 2nd most-read author on freeCodeCamp with over 700k monthly readers at peak. I also worked with Hygraph to write their GraphQL learning hub, covering everything from schema design to advanced API patterns.

Outside of work I have led two Open Source Community Africa chapters, which grew to over 100 active members across 11+ workshops. I've spoken at OSCAFest and DevFest, create tutorials on YouTube, and spend a lot of time mentoring developers earlier in their journey.
